Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion at any time. All personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, with limited exceptions noted below.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your StreamLine VPN account and associated data, send an email to the address below from the email account you used to register. We will verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

For legal, tax, and accounting purposes, we are required to retain a limited subset of records. These records do not contain VPN usage data and are not used for any purpose other than legal compliance:

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt and verification. In most cases, deletion is completed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

5. Cancelling Without Deleting

If you would like to stop your subscription but keep your account (e.g. to resubscribe later), you can cancel your subscription through your account portal at streamlinevpn.org/billing without requesting deletion.
