StreamLine VPN ("we", "us", "our") operates the StreamLine VPN service, available at streamlinevpn.org and through our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating a genuinely no-log VPN service.

We collect only the minimum information required to provide our service:

• Account information: Your email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
• Billing information: Payment details are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full credit card details.
• Service usage: The number of active connections at any given time (to enforce plan limits). This is not logged or retained after your session ends.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We have a strict no-log policy. We do not collect, store, or log:

• Your browsing history or activity
• DNS queries
• Your originating IP address
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• Bandwidth usage per user
• Any data you transmit through the VPN

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you important account notifications (e.g. payment receipts, service updates)
• Respond to support requests
• Enforce our Terms of Service

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with:

• Payment processors: To process subscription payments securely.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or valid legal process. Because we do not log VPN activity, we have no browsing data to provide even if compelled.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account information, including encrypted passwords, HTTPS for all communications, and the WireGuard protocol for VPN connections. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law.

12. Free Trial & Refund Policy

New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your chosen subscription plan will be billed automatically. We do not offer refunds outside of the mandatory refund windows provided by Google Play (48 hours) and the Amazon Appstore. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account portal.
