Terms of Service

The short version: Use the service legally and reasonably, don't abuse the network, pay your subscription on time, and we'll keep providing fast, no-log VPN access.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the StreamLine VPN service ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and StreamLine VPN ("we", "us", "our").

2. The Service

StreamLine VPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity through the WireGuard protocol, with servers in multiple countries. The service is intended to provide privacy, security on public networks, and access to content while travelling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@streamlinevpn.org if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, with or without notice. Where possible we will give a warning first.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount to your selected payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through your account portal at streamlinevpn.org/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed for the plan you selected at signup. Free trials are limited to one per person.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We operate a strict no-log policy and do not monitor, store, or share your VPN activity.

11. Intellectual Property

The StreamLine VPN name, logo, app, and website are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamLine VPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms our network or other users.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
