If you're still seeing the issue, email support@streamlinevpn.org with your device type and app version.
VPN speeds depend on your distance from the server and your underlying internet connection. Try these steps:
Make sure you're using the email and password from your StreamLine VPN account (not your Google or Amazon account). If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset link at streamlinevpn.org/billing.
Try clearing the app cache from your device's Settings → Apps → StreamLine VPN → Storage. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your account is unaffected — you can log in again with the same credentials.
Split tunnelling lets you choose which apps go through the VPN and which connect directly. For example, you might want your web browser routed through the VPN for privacy, but your local streaming app to connect directly for full speed on local Wi-Fi.
Find this in the app under Settings → Split Tunnelling.
The kill switch automatically blocks your internet connection if the VPN drops unexpectedly, preventing your real IP address from being exposed. Once the VPN reconnects, your traffic flows normally again.
Enable it in Settings → Security.
Currently we offer servers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. We add new locations regularly based on user demand.

Only the minimum needed to run the service: your email address, encrypted password, billing information (handled by our payment processor), and the count of active connections to enforce plan limits. We do not log your VPN traffic.
